Italian start-ups at the CES of Las Vegas 2024

The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is an annual trade show, tracing its origins back to 1967. Held each January at the Las Vegas Convention Center, this monumental event is organized by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) with the aim of unveiling new products and technologies in the consumer electronics industry

CES Las Vegas reigns supreme as the premier trade show in the consumer electronics and information technology industry worldwide. What began as a mere showcase for gadgets has blossomed into a global hub of innovation, where the pulse of technological progress beats in synchrony with the needs of industries worldwide. Its metamorphosis over the years has transcended mere exhibition; it has become an epicenter where innovation intersects with the companies poised to leverage and implement it. Lately, so much of this innovation has come from startups that they now have a dedicated exhibition space called Eureka Park at the Venetian convention center.

In the latest installment of CES, held from January 9th to January 12th, 2024, Italy proudly showcased its prowess with a sprawling 600 square meters devoted to 50 innovative projects hailing from 13 distinct Italian regions. This impressive presence was made possible through the collaborative efforts of ICE (the agency for the promotion abroad and internationalization of Italian companies) and Area Science Park (a national research organization headquartered in Trieste and supervised by the Ministry of University and Research). The 50 Italian startups which took part in CES 2024 are: 3DNextech, AI4IV, Aindo, Aitem, Alba Robot, Alert-Genius, ARIA Sensing, ArtCentrica, Athics, Blockchain Italia, BrainWaves, Certy, Coderblock, Contents, Develop-Players, Domethics (CES Innovation Awards 2024 Honoree), EZ Lab Blockchain Solutions, Fifth Ingenium, Flywallet, Ganiga, Genuino, Hexagro, Innoitaly, Innova, It’s Prodigy, Kintana, Levante, Light On Your Side by Biovitae, M2Test, MyCulture, NExT, Partitalia, Powandgo, Protom Robotics, REair, SAM, Searcode, Skyproxima, SnapAll, Sport Business Lab Consultancy, Sunspeker, Tecnojest, The Meter, The Nemesis, The Thinking Clouds, TMP Group, Travel Verse, Truesense, Visual Note, Vitrum Design. The showcased startups epitomize the cutting edge, spanning an array of promising sectors. From artificial intelligence to the metaverse, IoT to automotive technologies, smart homes to digital health, sustainability to accessibility, and entertainment to education, these ventures collectively illuminate Italy’s dynamic contributions to the global tech landscape.
